We appreciate your business and want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our return policy carefully, as it outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for all orders placed through our online store.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items such as personal care products, intimate items, customized products, perishable goods, and final-sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of:

    • The damaged or faulty area

    • The product packaging

    • The shipping label

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or a verified defect).

  • We do not reimburse original shipping fees.

Return labels are not provided by default unless specifically noted in your approval email.


4. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Contact the carrier first to verify delivery details.

  • If the carrier confirms a delivery error, we will help coordinate a resolution.

Packages lost in transit will be replaced once the shipping investigation is completed.


5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • Items returned without approval, without proper packaging, or outside the 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund.


6. Order Cancellations & Changes

Because we process orders quickly:

  • Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once processing begins, the order cannot be modified or canceled.


7. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (when available).

  • Exchange requests follow the same conditions as returns.

  • A new item will be shipped once the original is processed.
